ABOUT TAY
Accomplished Australian songwriter & entertainer; Tay Plain has been creating & performing feel-good music for over 15yrs. He's performed around the country with bands of different genres as well as his solo acoustic performance. His music, carries a positive & catchy sound that everyone can enjoy.
From London to the Greek Isles, Tay spent 2 years performing solo across the UK, Europe & Canada. Now based back in Australia, he spends his time, writing & working on his original music & has fast become one of the premiere wedding entertainers in Australia.
Although his music style is cemented in a feel good acoustic pop/rock, Tay's background covers a broad range. He has been part of many touring projects; travelling across Australia as frontman to successful Australian reggae/funk band Chuparosa, and previously; Aussie rock outfit Tribal.

2024 will see Tay release music as a solo artist, more performances with the band 'Chuparosa' who are due to release new music early 2024, and continue to bring the good vibes to many more wedding celebrations across Australia.

CHUPAROSA
Frontman, Lead Vocals, Songwriter
Tay was Lead Singer, songwriter & producer of Wollongong party band Chuparosa! A musical force of reggae, groove, dub, ska, funk, party madness.
Chuparosa released their first 5 track EP 'Sinking Sun' in 2013 and stormed the local music scene with their energetic & unforgettable live performances. Then in 2015 they released a 7 track Album 'This Is Life' and toured the East Coast of Australia (NSW, QLD & VIC) 5 times.
